November is our school's Random Acts of Kindness month. The ASB of Clear Lake was tasked with finding multiple projects to show kindness to others. They were reminded that due to COVID-19 isolating us, we have fallen out of practice of being kind. The students brainstormed multiple ideas and voted on the ones they wanted to work on. "Hearts for Healthcare" was the first winner!

This was a school-wide project from grades K-6. Quite a few students have parents or know someone who is a healthcare professional, so they could relate and were eager to show their appreciation. The ASB (students 1st6th grade) helped to place the hearts on the poster and decorated it.

The poster is displayed in the Bistro at Skagit Valley Hospital. Thank you to Clear Lake Elementary for your efforts in spreading kindness!
