When I arrived at the unit where nurse Tetiana works, I was feeling overwhelmed, anxious and scared. From the moment she greeted me, she made me feel welcome and at ease. She immediately knew how to connect with me and helped calm my fears. I am deeply grateful that she stayed by my side during some of my most anxious moments, even giving up her own time to make sure I felt supported and cared for. Her kindness, compassion and reassurance gave me the strength I needed. Thanks to her, I was able to relax, feel safe and even find moments of positivity during a very difficult time. Tetiana was attentive to all of my needs and requests, always treating me with patience, respect and genuine care. She answered all of my questions clearly and professionally, which brought me tremendous peace of mind.
