August 2026: Construction Update

Construction at the Arlington site has begun with the completion of the keystone retaining wall and installation of the water main. Excavation for the foundation and column pads continue. The concrete pour for the building foundations and column pads, as well as mechanical, plumbing and electrical below the slab will begin the week of August 10.

Concrete foundation forms and reinforcing steel are in place across a large construction site as crews prepare for concrete pours. Excavated footings, wooden formwork, and gravel fill are visible throughout the future building footprint.

July 2026 - Groundbreaking Ceremony

Skagit Regional Health, en asociación con el Public Hospital District No. 3 del Condado de Snohomish, marcó un hito importante el 7 de julio de 2026 con el inicio de obra del Arlington Medical Plaza, una inversión estratégica para ampliar el acceso conveniente a una atención de alta calidad centrada en el paciente en el Condado de Snohomish.
